All returns require a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) to be obtained by contacting IndeeLift Sales Operations. Missing or damaged goods may result in additional charges.
Unopened products may be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. A 25% of invoice value restocking fee will be charged based on the purchase price paid. For opened boxes and missing packaging, additional charges may apply.
Credits will be issued within 90 days of IndeeLift’s retrieval of returned items.
